No. We don’t sell tickets at the door.
No, there is paid parking at the hotel and street parking. If you need to travel during your stay, Uber, Lyft, trolleys, bike, or walk are available to get you where you need to go! Downtown Atlanta is quite easy to get around!
Tickets are not refundable but are transferable up to 30 days before the event takes place. So, if you find someone to take your ticket, we’ll happily switch the registration!

Unfortunately, we do not accept speaker applications. With so many people in the travel industry, it is impossible to keep up with the volume of emails we get from people asking to be a speaker. If you email us to be a speaker, we will simply delete your email.
Black Travel Expo believes in purpose over profit; however, no key staff member should work for free and we want to ensure we follow through with that. We compensate all our speakers, therefore reflect the overhead cost. You have confidence that your favorite speakers, panelists, influencers, and key staff members have been compensated for their time! After all, “exposure” does not pay the bills!
